Usha Malla Pathak, Vice-Chairperson Ms. Usha Malla Pathak is the Vice-Chairperson of Nepal Law Society (NLS) since 2018. She is a senior advocate with expertise on gender justice, mediation, arbitration and legal literacy. She was the first woman to become vice chairperson of Nepal Bar Association (NBA) – the umbrella organization of lawyers of Nepal. Suneeta Regmi Pokhrel, Member Ms. Suneeta Regmi Pokhrel is the member of Nepal Law Society (NLS) since 2015. She is a senior advocate with experience of practicing law for more than 30 years. She is an expert on mediation having handled hundreds of court referred mediations. She has worked extensively in legal literacy, gender justice, leadership training and capacity building training for grass-root women and women involved in politics all over Nepal. Madhab Prasad Poudel, Member Mr. Madhab Prasad Paudel is an executive member of the Nepal Law Society (NLS) since 2018. Mr. Poudel is a renowned law expert having held positions such as Law Secretary and Chairperson of Law Commission of Nepal. He was appointed as Minister for Information and Communications in 2013. He was also the spokesperson of the Government of Nepal during that period. He headed dozens of boards and institutions. Khim Lal Devkota, Member Mr. Khim Lal Devkota is an executive member of the Nepal Law Society (NLS) since 2018. Mr. Devkota is a senior advocate with 35 years of experience in legal matters. He is a CA member and was a member of Interim Parliament. He was a member of Interim Constitution Drafting Committee.
