Virtual interaction program with Judicial Committees of the Local government
In order to help the judicial committees follow the due process in settling the cases registered with them, the NLS organized series of virtual interaction programs to support the judicial committee functionaries of all 753 local levels.
The objective of such virtual program is to facilitate the dialogue between the functionaries and district court judges on jurisdiction, due process and other practical challenges faced by the committees in their day-to-day practice.
The virtual programs are continuously been organized by NLS since last five years. In the recent months, such programs have been conducted to cover various local levels of Koshi province on August 28, Madhesh Province on August 26, Bagmati Province on August 30, Gandaki Province on August 25, Lumbini Province on August 29, Karnali Province on August 24, and Sudurpaschim Province August 27.
